How big did you say she is?

After all the talk about Madelyn being small it was a pleasant surprise to me that the scales measured her at 7 pounds 11 ounces. The doctors account the difference to a 15% variant on the ultrasound equipment since it is unlikely she gained 2 pounds in 3 weeks. Here's how Anna and Madelyn compare at birth:

Anna: weight = 8 lbs 2 ounces
height = 20 inches
head = 34 centimeters



Madelyn: weight = 7 lbs 11 ounces
height = 21.25 inches
head = 34.5 centimeters
