Word Recognition
It is amazing to watch Anna grow. Each day I feel like we learn something new whether it be verbal or motor skills. As Anna explores more, the word "no" is becoming one that is heard fairly often. Many times just saying the word "no" will cause Anna to stop what she is doing and turn and do something else. Just yesterday I noticed that Anna was recognizing the word "kiss". I say "give me a kiss" and she opens her mouth wide and leans forward for a wet kiss. "Bye bye" elicits a waving of the arms and she definitely knows who "da da" is. It makes me want to teach her everything!
