Maddie Preschool Graduation

Maddie had a great year at Open Door's Construction Kids Preschool with Mrs. Cherie and Mrs. Stacey. Now it's time for some summer fun before moving on to Kindergarten.

Kindergarten: First and Last

Today is Anna's last day of Kindergarten. It has been a fabulous year with Mrs. Daley and all of the Faithful Frog classmates. Anna is now taller, reading with confidence and has considerably less teeth than when she started back in August :).

Library Time

Ava went to her first Baby Lapsit time at the North Regional library. There were tons of babies, mainly crawling around everywhere. It was fun to be there with our friends Claudia and Leo. Ava just sat and watched the librarian who was leading the songs; whenever she would walk one way, Ava would strain her neck around to find her. Ava wasn't very interested in me trying to do the hand motions with her own hands, maybe next time.

Ava: 8 Months

Ava is 8 months now and sitting very well. She is starting to enjoy just sitting and playing with blocks, little people and anything else she can bang together and chew on.

Happy 5th Birthday Maddie!

I can't believe she is 5!

Maddie enjoyed a week long celebration of her birthday starting with opening presents with daddy and ice cream at Brusters. She requested strawberry ice cream on a cone. Her main present from us this year was a scooter and she rode it really well from the start.


On her birthday day we went to Jumpin' Beans and had dinner at Chickfila on her birthday day. She insisted on wearing her Jessie outfit from her 4th birthday.


At school on Tuesday, she celebrated with Dunkin Donut holes and a balloon hat:


The birthday celebrations ended with a My Little Pony party with a few of her girl friends.
